Spring Break

My husband has been wanting to get a four wheeler of our own now for about a year now. However, we have never done it. With Easter approaching, and the desire to get a four wheeler growing, we bought a four wheeler. Originally Kirk had been looking at one for him so that he could attach a snow plow for the winter. We ended up buying a little one for the boys. My dad also bought one just like it for all of the grand kids to ride.

My kids are out of school for spring break, so we headed south to spend time with Grandma, Grandpa, aunts, uncles, and cousins. My parents have a great piece of property (which I think is a little piece of heaven) where the boys can be boys. They hike, play in the grass, play in the dirt, and ride four wheelers. We were really looking forward to some fun in the sun. And grandpa brought down the new four wheelers. The boys didn't know about it, so it was a complete surprise.

Our little Easter weekend was a blast! The kids had so much fun riding the four wheelers. The little four wheelers are so cute. They are white and they are automatic, so all the boys can ride them with ease. You can also adjust them so that they don't go above a certain speed. We had a huge Easter egg hunt, we dyed eggs, roasted hot dogs and marshmallows, and hiked. And the weather was perfect. I am not used to the sunshine and I wasn't prepared. All of my little boys have sun kissed cheeks. We videoed a lot of the weekend, but failed to take many pictures.
